Once upon a time, Christian parents asked their children after church "What did you learn about God?" Today, the question I often hear is, "Did you have fun?"

Not too long ago, wanting to fully equip children to serve Christ, churches offered extensive Bible training for all ages. Today, wanting to keep kids happy and to make recruiting easy, many churches offer high-energy, entertainment-based programs. Children rarely use their Bibles.

Most Christian kids today:
...know more about video games than they know about God.
  • ...they love peer approval more than they love Jesus.
  • ...they serve themselves before they consider the needs of others.

At According to His Word Worship Center we believe that children (no matter what age) can gain a personal relationship with Jesus. We as leaders fail by not allowing them to learn on their level. Our desire is to offer your child a nurturing and comfortable learning environment. We understand that as a parent it is sometimes difficult to take the necessary time to explain biblical principles as opposed to just enforcing them. We would like to partner with you to deliver and teach the message of Jesus Christ so that your child can not only apply it to their own life, but they will be able to carry the gospel to their friends & family!
