​Growing up Apostle Timothy C. Chiles Jr. traveled the nation ministering alongside his father in various churches and tent revivals experiencing the miraculous power of God touching the lives of many. He surrounded himself with music and song where he basked in the glory of God's anointing.

Tim faithfully served as the Minister of Music for nine years and became a licensed minister in the Lord’s church where he continued to cultivate the ministry that God had placed within him. In 2005, He heard the voice of the Lord calling him to shepherd His people. God gave him the name According to His Word Worship Center and directed him to preach JESUS!  He immediately returned home to tell his wife Gina what God had in store for their lives. In 2007, God spoke again and began to make provision for His vision and out of obedience, on October 14th 2007, According to His Word Worship Center- Vancouver was birthed. In October of 2011, during a conference hosted by AHW, Apostle Timothy C. Chiles Sr. passed the mantle to his son Timothy C. Chiles Jr. installing him as the President of an international outreach ministry called Better Life Crusades- originally established in 1972. In addition to Better Life Crusades, Apostle Chiles has birthed our Spanish Church- According  to His Word- Last Call and recently our Oregon based ministry According to His Word- Salem.

Apostle Timothy Chiles is not only an anointed psalmist of the Lord, but God has graced him to move in the office of an Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Teacher, and he and his wife Pastor Gina Chiles currently serve as Senior Pastors of According to His Word- Vancouver. In the services that they minister in- people have been saved, healed, and delivered through the ministry of song, teachings and the preached word! Their burden is to see souls come to the full knowledge of Jesus Christ!  Their charge is to help souls gain a personal relationship with Jesus by becoming true worshippers, understanding KINGDOM, and by applying the Living Word of God.

The bible says in John 4:23- “But the hour cometh and now is when the true worshippers shall worship the father in spirit and in truth: for the father seeketh such to worship him.”

Tim Chiles loves God with his whole heart and he desires to serve God’s vision faithfully and humbly. "If we decrease, then the true gospel will be preached and we will see Jesus increased and glorified". He believes, without a shadow of doubt that “It is not about them, It’s about JESUS!” Apostle Tim has been married to Gina Chiles for .30 years and are the proud parents of 5 beautiful children and have now welcomed 6 grandchildren.

Pastor Celeste Chiles
​Pastor Celeste Chiles was born in Rochester, New York to parents who were sold out for Jesus. She started singing at a very early age in tent meetings and by the time she was a teenager, she was preaching. Although Pastor Chiles was practically born on the church pew it was not until the age of 19 that she totally committed her life to Jesus Christ.
In 1995 Pastor Chiles completed 5 years of training under the tutelage of the late Apostle Wendell Wallace, Azusa Street School of Ministry. In 1998 she was ordained as an evangelist under Bishop Jeremiah Reed, Jesus Christ Apostolic Churches. She was later ordained in 2006 as an elder under Bishop Paul Morton, Full Gospel Fellowship. In 2011 Pastor Chiles was ordained as pastor of Dominion & Power Worship Center by her father, the late Apostle Timothy Chiles, Sr., Better Life Crusades Intl. Her latest ordination was in August of 2014 as Overseer at Dominion & Power Worship Center by Apostle Timothy Chiles, Jr., Better Life Crusades Int’l the Next Generation. Today, Pastor Chiles operates as a pastoral consultant and serves on the executive boards of Better Life Crusades Intl. the Next Generation, Angels on Assignment Worldwide Inc., According to His Word Worship Center, and Bles’d Elect School of Matter.
Accustomed to signs, wonders, miracles and living by faith, Pastor Chiles feels that it is her duty to teach, preach and demonstrate kingdom principles needed to live an ascended life and needed to draw unbelievers to Jesus Christ. Pastor Chiles currently resides in Concord, North Carolina.

Pastor Edith Chiles- Williams
​​Pastor Edith Chiles-Williams hails from sunny San Diego, California. She is the mother to 3 biological children, 3 “bonus” children and the grandmother to 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of “bonus” grands and great-grands.. Following her love for people, she has worked as a pediatric nurse for Kaiser Permanente for 26 years. Pastor Edie founded Uniquely U Girl’s Night Out Bible-based Fellowship on January 28th, 2006 with 2 additional chapters operating in Denver, CO and Sacramento, CA. She answered the call that God placed on her life at the early age of 12. After years of being disconnected from God and her calling, she committed her life back to Christ in 2003.  Having been involved in ministry for many years, she was led to go back to school for Biblical Studies at I Am A Ruby School of the Prophets. Here, she graduated with honors with a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies, minoring in Greek and Hebrew. Pastor Edie has a passion for studying the Word of God and sharing the good news of the kingdom with others. Her desire is to design easy to follow Bible-study guides for the body of Christ and to stay in the PERFECT WILL designed by God for her life, and to do it ON PURPOSE!
